Assured Assisted Living offers a full range of services carefully planned to provide a supportive environment for residents with dementia. These services are all-inclusive in the monthly fee. There are no itemized extra costs or rate increases for 12 months.
R.N. Supervision and Administration

Personal care assistance managed by R.N. Owner/Administrator

• A comprehensive assessment and specialized care plan designed for each resident
• Nurse Liason to communicate the resident;s needs with the physician, family and staff
• Ongoing education and support for the resident’s family

Care Specialists

• 24 hour protective supervision by caring, compassionate Care Specialists
• Specially trained staff in Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias including behavior management interventions
• High staff to resident ratio ensures personalized care for the resident

Personal Care

• Assistance with personal care, including bathing, grooming and dressing
• Assistance with self-feeding
• Incontinence care and supplies
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Medication assistance & coordination of care
• Nutritional meals three times a day, plus healthy snacks
• Hydration program to encourage regular intake of fluids
• End of life assistance with Hospice care planning

Home Environment

• Beautiful ranch homes located in residential neighborhoods
• Furnished private or companion suites specifically designed for the safety of residents with memory impairments
• Free access to outdoor gardens and patios
• Secure front doors to restrict elopement
• Fire safety system
• Attractively landscaped and fenced backyards with large decks
• Homes are walker and wheelchair friendly
• Personalized “Memory Boxes” and visual prompts assist with room identification and independence

Therapeutic Activities Program

• Involvement in supervised, familiar daily tasks such as setting the table, folding clothes
